REGISTRATION FORM FOLLOWS THE INFORMATION BELOW

As the High Holy Days draw near, we give thanks to our congregants who sustain the Temple throughout the year and enable us, as a community, to reach this season of solemn prayer and renewal.  Because we do not sell tickets for the Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur services, we are asking that all members make an effort to contribute to our Kol Nidre Appeal and to be current in their dues before the High Holy Days. We recognize that some members of our community face financial ups-and-downs, but we hope everyone will support our Temple and contribute generously to our Kol Nidre appeal.

How to Access the Services
Cantor Orly, Rabbi Lachtman, and many participants from the TBD family are putting together unique live-streamed High Holiday services. You will get your link to join after submitting this form.

Guests at High Holy Day Services
Temple Beth David welcomes and encourages guests to join us at any of our Services.  We are asking each visitor or guest to make a voluntary donation for the High Holy Days. 

High Holidays Drive Thru and Machzorim
Sunday, September 13th from 1-3 pm is our HHD Drive Thru in the Temple parking lot. You can stay in your car, and come pick up your HHD goody bag that the ritual team put together. We hope this little gift will help you get into the HHD spirit and make your home a sanctuary for the 5781 HHD’s. Yahrzeit candles will be available for $2, so please bring cash or check if you would like to purchase candles. We are also loaning out our HHD Machzoriim for $20 REFUNDABLE deposit. Your deposit you will be returned during our Sukkot drive thru on October 4th (1-3 pm).

Greeting/Yizkor Video
If you want to participate in HHD’s this year with a welcome greeting/picture or to have your loved one included in the Memorial video that Cantor Orly is putting together, please send those pictures in by this Friday, September 11. Thank you to everyone who has sent pictures to us.  Email Cantor@templebd.com with either:
1. Picture/5-7 second video wishing TBD a Shana Tova OR
2. Picture of your loved one and their names for the Yizkor/Memorial video.

We are asking for an $18 donation to be included in these keepsakes so please consider adding this to your pledge for the Kol Nidre Appeal.

Donate to our Kol Nidre Appeal
The recommendation donation for High Holy Days is $200 per adult. No one will be turned away if they are unable to donate or are only able to make a modest contribution. Local college students are welcome and encouraged to attend our services for free.  We look forward to worshipping with you and your loved ones in 5781.
